One body, one prime, no flash unless asked. People relax in five minutes and the candid coverage starts. Group shots are scheduled in a 10-minute slot rather than interrupting the night.

Can you do a styled group shot on the night?

Yes — a 10-minute group shot with a small light setup, ideally early in the evening before drinks really land. We agree a position and approximate time so the host can corral people.

Do you offer a photo-booth-style setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a single-light portrait corner with a clean or branded backdrop, attendees can drop in throughout the night. Cuts delivered the next day, named where you can match faces to a guest list.

How do you handle attendees who don't want to be photographed?

A signed-out list goes to me before the night. I'll keep those guests off-frame and confirm faces with your host on arrival. Anyone who waves me off mid-shoot is also respected.

Can you cover team-building day events too?

Yes — outdoor team-builders, away-days and offsites all fall under the same package. Travel within the UK is included on most bookings, overseas quoted separately.

What's a sensible duration of coverage?

Three to four hours covers most parties — arrivals through dinner and the first hour of dancing. Anything beyond that and you're paying for empty rooms. We agree the cut-off in advance.

Can you film short interviews with team members?

Yes — a corner setup with a single light and lapel mic. Three or four short interview cuts work well as an internal Christmas-message edit or a year-in-review reel.

Do you handle internal-only delivery (no public sharing)?

Yes — the gallery is delivered as a password-protected link with public sharing disabled. Captions and metadata can be stripped from delivered files on request.
